California Filming and Texas Traveling

This past summer i had a great time with many travels abroad and domestic. Kink-wise i got to film a lot! Some with past Ladies, ie Goddess Severa who i think i've filmed with more than anyone else. She's also one of favorite people in kink so it makes sense.

Ah where to i begin to describe my wonderful experiences this year. At the same time my experiences were very telling as well this year.
First of all i'll start with who i got a chance to meet this year: Mistress Absolute - who's accent and class know no bounds, She's got some good skill with a whip too.

Come back to LA is always like returning home it's fun to meet and hang out with Dommes who i haven't seen in quite awhile again.

i also got to check in with a few Dommes who are scattered throughout the world as well, such as Goddess Sadie Hawkins and Syr Hammer, i didn't get to talk enough to Her but i will hopefully visit Her in Phoenix soon. DomCon LA Right Around the Corner

So here's a look back at last year's as i never got a chance to expand on what happened last year.

Graduation took a good deal of time from DomCon itself and on a couple days of volunteering i was away from most of the kink.
For instance one day i was out back with the loading dock as people brought in their kinky toys, clothes and other odds and ends. The nice part was that i got to meet some of the people who would be showcasing at DomCon and i got some tips for being basically a moving guy. The not so nice part was being completely away from DomCon itself; though i made a quick hour return for a class that i was a demo sub for. Within the demo i got to experience saline infusion for the first time thanks to Mistress Serene and Domina Dea which was wonderful.

The next day i was volunteering primarily at the front desk, so while i got to see everyone come in and out i really didn't get to play or talk with any of the attendees. Thank God Goddess Chal is one of the coolest people to talk to ever.

No filming happened this time believe it or not as i was extremely busy. Interestingly enough though my night time play was quite a trip. i went to Passive Arts (which is now a brand new dungeon) and had fun watching all the chaos ensue.

i know it has been months since i've blogged, but truth be told my current job is just that busy. Not only that, but i love my current job and want to put the effort into it. Still, i cannot deny that i still have a blast with kink. At the same time as i look at my earlier posts i find myself to be far more a kinkster than a submissive these days as i may want to try the other side at some point.
my breaks for Thanksgiving, winter break and spring break were all interesting. And while winter break was the longest it was the least kinky primarily because i put a lot of investment in spending time with friends and family from home.

Thanksgiving and spring break i shot some kinky shoots. DomCon ATL 2010

DomCon ATL was a lot of fun it was great to pay for my own travel and lodging out of my own packet because i have a job now. Granted it set me back and i'm still feeling it, but still it's good stuff.

DomCon ATL was definitely smaller than previous years and haha this time no fire alarm. Therefore, it was more of a get to know the Dommes i already know better convention. i certainly got to know ATL Dommes better, like Goddess Phoenix. i also got to know Dommes i had already known better i.e. Domina Irene Boss, Goddess Sadie Hawkins, Mistress Ellen, Mistress Xcelle, Mistress Ella Strictland and Mistress Leesa to name a few.

On the new side of meeting people i finally after years got to me Switch Lydia, that had been a meeting waiting to happen for years and years, such a great Lady. Mistress Miranda Rider, who is an awesome Lady and very cool to hang out with. The Black Fuhrer and Her sub/slave who are latex aficionados and i hope to see them again at a more fetish themed event. Mistress Candy who is in ATL, i had such a great connection with Her and i really want to see Her again. Overall though, the lifestyle people were bigger in number this year and many i didn't know.

So i have arrived in Houston and i have found the kinksters! i remember some previous Mistresses i had met in DomCon ATL last year and used my contacts to meet up with ClubFem Houston. Two Mistresses in particular where ones i knew. Mistress Ella Strictland who was friends with Mistress Ellen back in SD was easy to talk to as She is the HeadMistress of ClubFem. Meanwhile, Mistress Xcelle or Lady Intensity is a Domme who i have now talked to here and there finding it easy to get along with Her.

i also drove up to Fort Worth to visit some kinky friends. Texas has an array of kinksters. However, the make-up is different. Many kinksters in Texas are older and more affluent than LA's. However, LA had a much more diverse and younger crowd than Texas and i do miss it. Still there is definitely kink to be found in Houston, including a kink megastore that has all kinds of outfits, toys and fetish gear.

While i still have some Pro-Dommes to meet, overall, the kink is going pretty well and i have had fun helping other Mistresses and while i have only gotten play once i'm still having a good time exploring.

Post-LA kink

God my time at DomConLA was an interesting one with juggling graduation, i could write more on that and will when i'm back in civilization.
There were some strong moments in DomConLA, i.e. chatting with Mistress Nadia, Dungeon Servitus, meeting Domina Snow, Lady Shazz, Domina Erotica, Lucille Ballbuster and Maitresse Renee and meeting my favorites like Mistress Ellen, Mother of Satan, Domina Irene Boss, Domina M and of course the fabulous Ladies of Dungeon Servitus.

i'm currently working in the Mississippi Delta, but will eventually be back in Houston which has a quieter but still prevalant kink scene. Hopefully i'll be able to find my footing in it all.

Calm before the Storm

DomConLA is this week!!!! Ah always exciting, i'm always running around as a volunteer and trying to help service many Dommes.

i haven't been up to much kink wise, just indulging in college life before i graduate (which is also this week). Also my work with kids is getting more intense as i'd love to eventually find a job doing that even more than making movies. Ideally it would be nice to teach kids & teens how to make movies or other media (television).

Bay Area BDSM over Break

Last week was my spring break and at the beginning I decided to visit the great Mark and Dale of seriousbondage.com. They have wonderful ideas for unorthodox bondage and have a good website that discusses some of their thoughts on bondage.

I was originally going up just to have fun with bondage and maybe take a few photos with Alice, whom they work with a lot. However, their was also the Von Gutenberg Fetish Ball that weekend!

Therefore I went to their burlesque show with the fabulous Ava Garter dancing to Led Zeppelin and this tall Lady with electricity and cracking whips. The next day I went to the regular ball and got to see Jewell Marceau and this amazing pole dancer perform. During this weekend I saw a couple of old friends, Madame de Sade and Smutty with the kind little Tetra. Choices on Secrecy of BDSM

i'm an open person about a lot things, but i've come to realize that BDSM is personal and should really only be told to those that need to know rather than to those who are interested.

Originally i told my best friends what i did and only a few because i knew if they were true they would still be my friends.
i then told my house because they're a very outgoing bunch and they understood; also it would be so much easier for them to know instead asking too many questions.
But then i told some people in my organization, the people i work with on various events and now i think they all know. Which most are ok with, but everyone still judges and i'm sure most of the Women don't want anything to do with me, which is unfortunate since They're a lot of amazing Women in the organization, hopefully they'll be ok with it later on.
At the same time, a good deal of people in my grade know because of a past roommate. I really hope for his sake that some day he grows up.

Guess what i've learned is only tell people about the kink life who need to know, it spreads to quickly and people are so focused on asking questions about it. Also people are such critics. Soon i'll be out of the school and in a new environment where i will be far more hesitant about who i tell information to.
So i encourage everyone to be wary of who you tell your BDSM too even if you're young and have progressive-minded peers.

Holidays in San Diego

There's really no place like home, especially for me. For all the options and things to do around LA, there's not much greater than feeling comfortable in Your own home.

Last Friday, i went to the Beat and Greet at Dungeon Servitus, the dungeon where it all started with Goddess Severa, Whom i really need to see again. i had a lot of fun seeing all the Servitus Ladies and with some Kinksters involved in film. They were all so welcoming again, it was nice to be with the Kinksters in San Diego again. Domina Angelina put on a great beating on Mistress Sybil and some new people experienced a first public beating and knowledge about implements. It truly made me smile to see new people embrace the culture, because i was there not too long ago. i know i'm young but i've learned quite a lot it's nice to see new people any age understand kink.

Went to a little afterparty and learned some rope bondage, i love rope bondage and i really want to learn more to be placed in and place on people, hah it may be the only thing i'm willing to dominate a Lady with. So more rope.

i also contacted Kink.com with a referral from a, get this, guy i have in my film class, i don't know about the rest of the country, but in LA, the young run rampant with BDSM. However, many of these people imo don't have the experience for this and often give a bad taint on those of our generation. At the same time, there are many who are brilliant and make me happy that kink is being accepted by more and more. i may have a chance of working with Kink.com though.

Last Sunday i got a chance to be in Dungeon Servitus again, lovely dungeon, i cannot express that enough, it is unique that instead of be enclosed it goes for a far more open design that is comforting, but the Women are still lovely sadists. i got a chance to shoot with the sexy and gorgeous Lady Jane, new to Dungeon Servitus, but still wonderful. Birthday, Health and Return

First and foremost, for those that don't know i'm back in the scene. Though right now is finals and soon i'm back to San Diego for winter break and relaxation. i'll probably say hello to a couple of Dommes in San Diego for lunch, but that's about it.

It was my birthday on Monday and it was a fabulous day. Filled with great housemates, family calling, great friends and some presents from Mistresses.

Healthwise, overall I'm fine, but I recently had an abnormal session event where I began to faint, I'm betting on a mixture of drinking the night before, not enough hyrdation, me getting sick and use of a little Levitra over the idea of orthostaic hypotension. But I'm not ignoring the hypotension and may check it out, I've never had the problem before though and I did do some things I don't normally do first session (drink the night before, hyrdation, and being sick). It's the first time it occured during suspension and started to happen again when I was kneeling and being tied with rope (which leads me to believe it wasn't orthostaic.) I'll be healthier next time and will at least check with a doctor.

Beyond all that, study study study and I'll be back to the public sphere when I can. On that note, I need to visit other cities more with traveling partners and cheaper flights lol.

On Break but still Kinky

Greetings i'm still relaxing right now from the fetish world, but it's more out of necessity of school work and college experiences more than anything else.

Now, i've been busy with schoolwork, finals soon, and student orgs; however, Mistress Emily Tyrant has returned to LA to help out the Den of Iniquity here, so i helped Her from the airport and checked Bizarre Bazaar - my first (also first Threshold event) public excursion in awhile, it was nice just to say hello to some people here and there. As i was greeting people it was strange that i knew people here and there, i was quite surprised that in about a year's time i had established myself in the community.

DomCon ATL Through a Young boy's Eyes

DomCon Atlanta where to start and where to end?
i attended DomConATL last week in the great Southern city of Atlanta, lot of fun in this city for the BibleBelt, the downtown colleges, the historical black colleges, and the Beverly Hills-esque Atlantic Station.
Anyways i stayed with the fabulous Goddess Sadie Hawkins, who was very kind enough to let me spend time with Her and some of Her subs (Spanky and Jah) who were great people, as was Her exquisite roommate. So all you subs who want the real Afrocentric Goddess, pay your respects to Goddess Sadie.

At DomCon ATL itself i helped volunteer as much as i could with various Ladies and classrooms. Two classes i went to made a large impact on me. Sea's submissive concepts class was great to learn more theoretical discussions on the psyche of submission. Also, Charly B had a basic rope bondage class which i loved because i finally got to learn a little bondage. i'm in so often i feel i should learn how to do it as well.
i got a chance to serve at the Mistresses' Dinner which was like heaven because of all the beautiful Women around for me serve.
The venue was pretty spacious for the exhibition floor as well, more room overall.
i also got a chance to meet Mistress Ella Strictland, Mistress Nicolette (of LA), and some Atlanta Mistresses and Leathermen.
Of course some of my favorite people, Domina Irene Boss (Whose new boots i was allowed to worship first, two pairs, very lucky) and Her man, Mistress Ellen and etienne were there as well.

i didn't get to go to the play parties due to after parties, going home early, and shooting video. It was an amazing experience, but also taught me a couple of things as well.

Atlanta is a very different city for BDSM than LA. LA is quite commercialised and in some ways youthful with its BDSM, where it is effervescent through all forms of media. Meanwhile, in Atlanta, BDSM is more subtle, but also more unique in that it is far more reserved for those that know.
There are pros and cons to both, but i will say i found Atlanta a whole lot better than the rest of the South i've been too.

The trip also helped me realize that it is time to break from BDSM overall, the fact that i went to another state for this tells me how much of my life this is taking a part of. Vanilla people learning about what i do and the increased almost "celebrity status" are not things i need right now. So even though i absolutely love the praise i receive from Dommes it's time to kick back and let the hoodman relax with vanilla for awhile.

It's Headed to Dom Con and Not Really Anywhere After that

Hey everyone, i'll be in Atlanta for DomCon starting Wednesday, but leaving Saturday because i have a midterm Monday. School comes first.
i'll be able to work with Goddess Sadie Hawkins and volunteer my time at DomCon.
Since i've last blogged, i've a had a good shot with Mistress January and another with Jewell Marceau. Though i keep missing Aiden Starr, i hope it happens soon because i'm taking a break.

After October, i'm taking a break from kink overall and videos probably indefinitely. i had some good long talks about me and videos and i realized that that's not where i should be taking my life right now. Yes it's fun and i'm young, but what about the future? When that's solid maybe someday i'll return, but right now it's time to be done.

Kink and me where is it headed and what do i want to do with it?
This past week or so, i had an interesting round of video sessions with MenAreSlaves and met some great Ladies Natalie Minx and Mina Meow(big fan of Her). i also checked out Club Hell and i was invited to a Domme's going away party.

Return to LA

Ah i'm returning to LA tomorrow and flying back to San Diego today.
School starts again next week and it will be extremely busy with my kids' org. class and filming for my major (let alone kink). i've got a couple of shoots lined up so it should be nice. Need to figure out how to produce more marks, so i think i need to find a dressage whip or a Domme with one. However, in terms of actually having a session again? It may be awhile because i might lose my on-campus job with work study because financial aid is being cut. Granted i can get another job, but i don't have the ability to get one off-campus because i can't leave campus amongst all my affairs. This also prevents internships for the most part.
It's a shame because honestly, i miss sessions, the anticipation, the one-on-one time, the natural connections and completely at the Mistress's mercy. Still, i'll enjoy filming and public play.

Speaking of public meetings, i do believe i will be attending DomCon ATL, i just need to know my class schedule as i potentially have a Thursday class, which i can skip depending on the importance of the class that week.

Two fun moments recently happened in terms of kink and me.

More Filming Coming Up

Filming BDSM, the Side i do Like

Last weekend,
i went out to Albany, NY to film with Lady Cheyenne and some Mistresses and subs. i've filmed with Her before and it was a lot of fun. It's a nice change of pace not filming in LA. Return to Public Play, new places and new realizations
